We’re a small bakery with an emphasis on traditional sourdough. Every loaf starts with just three simple ingredients: flour, water, and Himalayan salt. From there, we keep things interesting with seasonal flavors and some ingredients grown right on the farm.
Try our roasted garlic & everything bagel seasoning, cherry tomato & black olive and roasted pumpkin sourdough—each packed with farm-grown goodness. Stick with a classic plain loaf, or treat yourself to our cinnamon raisin sourdough, perfect for French toast.
Our sourdough is a 3 day process. Thanks to its long, natural fermentation, sourdough is often gentler on the stomach than regular bread. The wild yeast and bacteria help break down gluten and make nutrients more available, which means your body doesn’t have to work as hard to digest it. It also tends to cause less bloating and has a lower impact on blood sugar.
In the winter and on special occasions, we bake up cinnamon knots and jam knots using local or farm-grown fruit. We love experimenting with new flavors and ingredients as they become available during the growing season.
Place your order online through our store on GrownBy. Order by Tuesdays at midnight for pick up on Fridays at the farm. GrownBy accepts credit/debit card, SNAP/EBT benefits or you can to choose to pay with cash or check at pick up.
