Along with local meat, produce & other local items, they also offer unique kitchen goods, Scandinavian items and various healthy spices, sauces and rubs.

Milly's Pizza is a family run restaurant located in downtown Hancock. They specialize in pizza with traditional and unique twists, but also offer salads, sandwiches, and desserts. They focus on using as much local products as possible.

 Located in downtown Calumet, Keweenaw Coffee Works is a social enterprise that offers high-quality small-batch specialty coffee across the Midwest, while proudly celebrating the natural and cultural beauty of our home in the Keweenaw Peninsula. Louies Fresh Market is  a locally owned grocery store in Lake Linden  that provides grocery staples along local produce.

Located in Eagle River as you head towards Copper Harbor, the Fitz is a locally owned restaurant/ smokehouse and hotel specializing in smoked meats, fine whiskey & beautiful accommodations right on the shore of Lake Superior.

 Copper Country Senior Meals is a home delivered and congregate meal service. The meals are designed to provide 33% of the daily nutritional requirement. For people 60 and over, that are able to drive, congregate meal sites are situated throughout the area, providing an opportunity for social interaction.

For home bound seniors, ‘meals on wheels’ are available. This vital service not only provides a hot meal, but also a visit from a dedicated delivery person. Meals and milk can be opened, and if a senior is not home, or able to open the door, we call an emergency contact to be sure of the senior’s wellbeing. Often, this is the only social contact our home bound have, and it is very important for them to have a connection with the world outside.

Houghton Portage Township Schools and  Hancock Public Schools are participating in the 10 cents a meal program. This program  is a state-funded program providing schools and early childhood education centers with match incentive funding up to 10 cents per meal to purchase and serve Michigan-grown fruits, vegetables, and legumes.
